1) Can I operate the VEAZY without the S&B Web App?
Yes! Thanks to its One-Button-System, you can operate your VEAZY without the S&B Web App.
However, the Web App allows precise temperature control, customization of Base Temperature, Booster, and Superbooster, access to device-related information, as well as regular software updates.

2) How to check the battery charge status of my VEAZY?
When connecting your VEAZY to a power supply for charging, the LED display will show a flashing or steady blue light, indicating the battery charge status:
- Blue, rapidly flashing light: Max. 30%
- Blue, flashing light: 31-60%
- Blue, slow-flashing light: 61-98%
- Steady blue light: 100%

3) How to connect my VEAZY to the S&B Web App?
- Switch on your smartphone and ensure that Bluetooth® is switched on and not blocked by any other devices
- Switch on your VEAZY by pressing the Power Button (ON/OFF)
- Open a browser on your smartphone supporting Web Bluetooth® connectivity (For information, visit: S&B Web App)
- In the browser, open “app.storz-bickel.com”
- Click “Connect”
- Select your VEAZY
Done! You now have access to custom settings, updates, and detailed device information.
4) How to set the temperature on my VEAZY?
Simply control the temperature level of your VEAZY via the Power Button (ON/OFF):
Base Temperature
Switch on your VEAZY by pressing the Power Button to activate heating to Base Temperature (default 180°C / 356°F).
Booster
When Base Temperature is reached, double-click the Power Button to activate the Booster (default +15°C / 27°F.)
The Booster deactivates automatically after 90 sec. and goes back to your set Base Temperature.
Superbooster
When Booster Temperature is reached, double-click the Power Button to activate the Superbooster (default: +15°C / 27°F.)
The Superbooster deactivates automatically after 90 sec. and goes back to your set Base Temperature.
A double vibration and green LED display indicate the desired temperature level has been reached.
With the STORZ & BICKEL Web App, you can additionally:
- Adjust current temperature precisely to the degree
- Activate “Permanent Boost”
- Customize Base Temperature, Booster, and Super booster
5) Can I use the VEAZY while charging?
No, the VEAZY does not support pass-through functionality. Therefore, it cannot be operated while connected to a power source.
If you are looking for a portable vaporizer with pass-through capability, you should have a look at the S&B MIGHTY+.
6) What are the differences between the VEAZY and the VENTY?
